I orginally enlisted in the US Army Security Agency which was a "subordinate" of the National Security Agency (NSA). I served in that capacity for approximately four years in three different locations. This is a record of my assignments for those that "dispute" my service and try to "debunk" my background and information.
Assignment 1 -- After my initial training I was assigned to the 79th SOU (Special Operations Unit), Shemya Island, Alaska. My primary MOS was 71L which is an Administration Specialist, my secondary MOS was 98J (non morse intercept). As an Administration Specialist I controlled and maintained access to all classified material. I reported to a 1st Lt. who reported to a NSA representative (GS-15). This was an 11 month assignment.
Assignment 2 -- After a 1 month leave I travelled to Japan for my next assignment which was at the 14th USASA Field Station in southern Japan. I reported to and worked directly for two NSA representatives (GS15 and GS16). I prepared reports for them, collected intelligence from several sources, controlled and maintained classified material. This was a two year assignment.
Assignment 3 -- My final months of service was spent at Arlington Hall Station, Arlington, Virginia which was the headquarters for the Army Security Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). I finished my service there and was processed out of the military at Fort Myers, Virginia.
Fairfax County Police, Fairfax, Virginia -- I worked as a police officer for a little more than a year which is located in Northern Virginia near Washington DC after my separation from the US military.
Michigan State Police -- I worked as a state trooper and criminal investigator for a period of eight years in the Detroit, Michigan area.
US Military, contractor, teacher -- I worked for approximately 12 years as a contractor for the US military on various projects. In between contracts I also worked as a teacher for a college in Texas, high school and adult education teacher in Oklahoma.
Peoples Republic of China -- From 2002-2007 I worked for several schools in Northern China near the North Korean border (south and north of Shenyang and in Yanji) as a English and Computer teacher. During these times I spoke with several people concerning American POWs seen as recently as 2005 working near labor camps in the fields. I will provide more details located on the "Journal" page.
Update: Recently I was furnished a CD containing an interview from a foreign salesman who does business with North Korea. He travels to a forced labor camp to receive goods produced there. During the summer of 2007 he travelled to Camp No. 4 just east of Pyongyang to pickup some durable goods that were produced there and from Camp No. 15 at Yoduk which is just south of Kanggye. During the evening he was invited to a party held at Camp No.4. He asked to use the bathroom there and upon passing several door ways he was shocked when several American men approached him from these darkened rooms via the doorways. His North Korean escort at the party who was behind him smiled and said they were American POWs. He was allowed to speak with them and his escort laughed later and said they had 60 more in other barracks at the camp. The interview lasts approximately 1 hour and IT IS NOW AVAILABLE ON THE PHOTO PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE. Copies of the interview CDs were given to Senator Jack Reed and the Pentagon approximately 5 months ago with only one response - "This is shocking and fantastic". They wanted to know where this man is now and who had the disks and copies. I do the same thing as the government NO RESPONSE! Yes THERE ARE LIVE POWS ABANDONED in North Korea. In 1992 Nightwatch (former inteligence group) travelled to Pyongyang, North Korea and were told that there were many Americans teaching English and American Culture to the military. The were told that they did not chose to stay in North Korea but gave up hope of the United States trying to free them so they made the best of the remainder of their lives! For you so called "organizations for POWs" that think I or the people I work with are "phonies" or discredit our work in many ways I invite you to listen to this audio. Believe what you want but it is REAL and many in the government believe now it is valuable recent intelligence.
